Applecare will ensure that all members of staff are responsible, capable and qualified and will support ongoing training of staff especially through National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) routes. This ensures that members of staff are competent and trained to do the job they do. In addition to this, Applecare will ensure that the recruitment of staff is in line with the Domiciliary Care National Minimum Standards.
